While in London, Gal along with Warner Bros execs confirmed a sequel to Wonder Woman is in the works.
The sequel starring the Israeli beauty certainly does not come as a major surprise amid its summer success, making it the highest-grossing live-action motion picture ever with a female director in Patty Jenkins.
Film director Patty Jenkins said that ‘the story will take place in the U.S., which I think is right,’ adding, ‘She’s Wonder Woman. She’s got to come to America. It’s time.’

Wonder Woman has grossed nearly $657 million worldwide since it hit theaters on June 2 according to Box Office Mojo.
Fans were shocked when news of the Israeli-born actress’s paltry pay for the summer blockbuster broke last week.
But it seems that sum isn’t uncommon for a relatively unknown actor’s first superhero flick, according to The Daily News.
It reported that Chris Evans was paid the same for his first Captain America film in 2011 and Chris Hemsworth is said to have raked in even less for his debut as Thor the same year.
